Ghana based Gambian actress Princess Shyngle was hospitalized for a kidney disease/infection. After her announcement on instagram the Ghanaian blogs were immediately lit with speculations weather this was a result of her abnormal waist training efforts. And as usually the less professional blogs that read it, reported it as that was the case.

 

The news even traveled as far as being published on popular UK website DailyMail. However the waist training addict reached out on instagram to denounce the waist trainers had anything to do with her kidney infection in the instagram post below.

Waist trainers should never be seen as a bad thing, in many cases they can help you maintain or achieve the waist that you work for, however, don’t be stupid and force your way into a 22 inch waist. If you need attention that badly, work on your talent.
